Vill watched as the others displayed their power. There was no way he could fight the older beings if they turned on him. He did the only thing he was good at. He folded in his wings and concentrated. A thin veil of shining light appeared around him. It was flexible, but very very sturdy.

Ignar wrapped his power back around himself like a blanket and with an irritated humph slammed his apartment door. He wasn't about to deal with a young angel who felt the need to show off. He was trying to stake out what he had decided was his territory. And right now it wasn't going so well. Two invaders in one day. What could possibly happen next? Well, Ignar mused. She might break down the door, but would an angel really be that destructive?

Vill made an angry sound. Slamming a door in someone's face was impolite, even for a demon. He was a lot younger than the demon, but he wasn't scared. He closed his eyes and put his hands in front of him. The door's hinges made angry creaking sounds and the door started to bend in.

Ignar sighed. He watched with mild interest as the fairy's magic slowly caved the door. "Would you care to play a little game of hide and seek?" he called out to the two on the other side. There isn't anything of importance in here anyway, so they can break the door down all they want. Ignar shrugged. "I'm going to assume that's a 'yes', so bye~"
Feeling pleased with himself and grabbing his combat boots from their position next to the couch, Ignar slipped them onto his bare feet and opened his window. With a quick check to make sure no humans were passing by, the demon slid out and used a little bit of magic to close and lock the window behind him as he fell.
The distance to the ground wasn't too great, but a wimpy little human would have at least sprained their ankle. Ignar rolled when he hit the ground, wondering if he should get back into martial arts. It had been fun for a while, but he found it too slow-paced. His roll wasn't perfect, and he slightly scraped his elbow on the asphalt. Ignar didn't worry about it, for it would heal fairly quickly. Once he stood up, he looked around thoughtfully. "Hmmm...where to next?"
((Yay longish one I'm so proud of myself!))

When the door was nearly broken, Vill gave it a kick. It fell into the room. He ran in and saw that Ignar had already gone. It would probably take him a while to get through searching the whole room. He had to try something he was never good at.
Vill put his hands in front of hi and then spread them. A light wave of air emanated from him and touched everything in the room. He could tell everything that was there in the exact place it was when he created the air wave. Ignar was not there.
Vill ran up to the windows and pushed them open. He couldn't see Ignar, but he must have come out this way. Vill took a few seps back and got a running start on his jump. He spread his wings and touched down on the ground without a scratch.

Events seem to go by very quickly when one was having fun and that was something Eiryel was certainly doing. In fact during the little show-off contest, she had nearly bursted from laughter and when she and Vill had been kicked out by the seemingly very sensitive demon she had done just that. The angel was laughing so hard she couldn't even speak, she couldn't even keep herself upright and had to slump to the floor in a fit.
She didn't know how long she was laughing for but she knew that the fairy was obviously not very happy with getting kicked out. Eiryel herself couldn't even feel anything other than the giddy pain that surged in her lungs. But with young Vill being as young as he was, he most likely took offense to many things. Well maybe. But even she had to admit that getting tossed, even by a demon, was a pretty mean thing. By the time she heard Ignar respond to the angry fairy's magic she was on her hands and knees, panting. I thought... I was going... to die... She managed between breaths.
Coughing a few times and then chuckling some more, Eiryel managed to calm herself enough to pull herself back up. Her legs felt weak with the lack of oxygen. Even her arms were feeling a bit flimsy. She was up though and now her mood had swung to playful curiousity. Playing hide-and-seek with a demon? As impoosible as that sounded, it something truly entertaining. At the very least the thought was. Maybe even Vill was interested in the offer since he was now almost through the door. She watched the fairy using his magic while her stretching out her own muscles for the run. Obviously it wasn't going to be like a chase between humans, so she did have to be at least somewhat prepared. Good things he's not extremely hostile, eh? She smirked. One hand reached for the cap that she was supposed to have on the top of her head. Feeling only empty air combined with the warmth of the light of her halo the angel gained a blank look on her face. Both hands were empty... Now where did that hat run off to? She whispered herself.
A loud smack pulled the silver-haired girl back to reality. The fairy finally broke through. Forgetting about her 'cover', Eiryel followed into the demon's den. Alas Ignar made a run for it. Well what was one to expect? Him hide in plain sight? Pffft of course not! Now she was pumped. Once the fairy had jumped out a window, perhaps on pursuit of the demon's scent, Eiryel followed. Unlike Vill she didn't just jumped down. No, she was playing with a demon and that in itself made her become much less 'human-like'.
She climbed into the window and jumped out but instead of landing, the girl was floating in the air. Two very large white-grey wings held her body gracefully in the air; the halo above her head shining. She didn't bother to sheathe her wings. She didn't even care if any human saw her and the reprimand she was probably going to get from the higher-up was definitely not going to be pretty... But the girl had already shoved those thoughts out of her mind. Yes, now she was following the fairy, her wings beating gently against the air above the boy's head.
((Good job Twi~ And thats pretty good Rain :3))

((This is going to be a real hide-and-seek. You'll see.))
Ignar dissolved into a dark mist surrounding some sort of shape that curled down the street and blended with the shadows, disappearing from sight. He heard the fairy open the window and quickly scouted around for animals. The tip of the mist formed into something that sort of looked like a wolf's nose which sniffed the air, then broke apart and scattered. Ignar curled around a few different animals, leaving his scent all over the place, so that tracking would be extremely difficult. Then he solidified, becoming an animal himself.
A cat flopped down leisurely by the wall of the apartments, giving a massive yawn. It blinked lazily and took in its surroundings with an aura of disdain.
A sparrow perched on a lamp post, chirping cheerfully and seeming content to stay there and sing for all the world to hear.
A fox shrank through the shadows, giving a few nervous glances around. It darted across the street and hid behind some trash cans, little black nose and pointy face poking out from between them to nose around.
((Which one, which one?))

Vill concentrated on the dark energy of the demon. It was everywhere! Mostly centered around three animals at least. The happy sparrow. Did not act like a demon, so doubtful. The scared seeing fox? No, it seemed truly fearful of getting caught. So probably the cat.
Vill put up a little cloak of magic. He was feeling a little tired magically, but he could do more. He did his best to remain silent and inched toward the cat. Then, he tried to catch it in a hug-like fashion.

The cat attempted to run away when it realized something was moving towards it, but it was captured in Vill's hug. "Myow!" it spat at the fairy, wriggling in his grip.
The fox shrank along the trash cans, peeking out at the scene. A bit of newspaper covered with spaghetti sauce dangled from its lip.
The sparrow chirped a warning call and fluttered a safe distance away, landing on a further lamp post. It wasn't about to get involved in the fairy's strange behavior.

This was like a roulette of sorts. Pick the wrong one and you would lose, pick the right and you found yourself a prize. Eiryel looked around the area as Vill did. Her senses tingled with the 'there's a demon' warning but there was no definite response. The darkness however seemed to cling to the scents of animals and the darkness. The angel touched down on the ground, stretching out her wings. Bolts of elctricity began to run through the tips of her flight feathers. She looked a the the darkness first. He was a shapeshifter as all demons were which made sense that the demon had made himself into a beast.
Eyeing the cat Eiryel couldn't help but think that was indeed the most possible candidate. The fox did give the sense of hide-and-seek through its bounding between the shadows but to her the sparrow seemed like the highest candidate other than the cat. Its glorious singing would contradict what a demon would normally change into. Eiryel tried looking outside the box, the lazy cat would mimic a demon's mood. The fox beast who lived by the shadows which made that yet another obvious choice. But the sparrow, the only creature who didn't seem to mind the sunlight.
A quick smile flashed the girl's lips, her wings made a gentle wave agains thte air and she was up. One eye caught Vill veiling himself while looking toward the cat. Well now she knew if she had gotten it wrong and it was indeed the cat, Vill would be able to take him. So that left her with her first option: the sparrow. Angleing her wings in a fashion to catch the smallest air-waves, the angel made her way up to where the sparrow sat without a care in the world. Her wings remained silent, like a an owl, and in moments she was a small way from the bird. One hand held out, Eiryel whistled a sparrow's song. Despite that she was still in her child-hood, technically, the angel had made herself learn the animal language. Beasts of the mortal world spoke to each other by song and dance. She learned to master this technique in her first hundred years of life. So she knew if the sparrow came to her, it was most unlikely that the avian was the demon. Only the touch would really signal who he was.

The sparrow chirped in reply and hopped over to the angel and sat in her palm. It whistled, much too cheerfully, the mockingjay call from The Hunger Games.
With a swirl of darkness, the sparrow broke apart and solidified into a 17-year-old boy, who leered at the angel and immediately began to fall once gravity recovered from the shock of magic. The boy grabbed Eiryel's wrist in an attempt to drag her down with him.
"Hello, angel," Ignar grinned.

Vill let the cat go and it ran away. "Sorry kitty!" he yelled after it. He looked towards where the sparrow had flown. It was now Ignar, who was holding on to Eiryel. Beaten by the angel.
VIll ran towards them hoping he could help in some way, but he didn't know how.

Eiryel's eyes narrowed at once the moment the little bird hopped to her hand. The warning came just as quickly as the darkness had overwhelmed the tiny creature. Amazingly the angel didn't flinch or try to pull away when small mass gained back its original mass. Instead she just stared at the reforming demon thinking, I wonder what its like to be able to change shapes... Surely not something to think about at the moment...
She blanked out in thought, brought back only by the sudden force on her wrist. Instinctively Eiryel's wings began to flap in a flury due to the unexpected weight. The dreaded feeling creeped in to her through the physical contact and without thinking Eiryel tried pulling him to push him away. Ha, thats not going to happen! The attempt was a complete epic failure. Not only did she fail to actually push him away, she managed to somehow flap in a way the would smash her body into his and WHA-BAM straight into the ground. She didn't even know if she was up or down anymore. Everything was just big clutter of little stars dancing around her head. She did feel like something heavy was crushing her but that could've very well been the wind knocked out of her.

Vill watched the crazy spectacle. Why did Eiryel do that? He ran up to the two. He didn't know what he should do. He could help them or he could help one of them or he could run away. There were so many things and he just didn't know what to do.
"Get up!" he yelled at them. His decision couldn't be changed now...

Ignar hissed under his breath when the angel hit him. Touching her wrist was bad enough. He leaped away once they hit the ground and growled briefly before running off down the street. He wondered if Eiryel would follow him, and he didn't even check to see if the fairy had noticed that he had the wrong animal.
