((It got so far ahead without me....))
Eiryel had merely positioned herself in a ready stance. Just hovering above the ground she could only watch as the demon and fairy mocked and swatted. Well not so much the swat. By the time Vill had created a slick of oils up and down the wall, Eiryel had already placed both hands on the ground with her magic sparking in a flurry around her feathers and arms. She watched the taunt, she watched the little play until he had bounced from the wall to the post.
The mad-look in his eye signaled something in the angel's brain. What it was she didn't know. Her consious went to only being half-awake when the demon was still dancing on the lamppost. The ground around her hands brightened while the air around her began to intensify with static. She hadn't even realized when Ignar pulled himself out of the trance.
He stood there with the original controlled self and yet all Eiryel's eyes could see was a demon who was a threat. Once again by instinct, Eiryel attacked. The lightning surged out of her body like a thick lance of blue-white light. At first it ran along the ground at an impossible speed, a few extra elctric arms went up to touch Vill but alas he was not her target and their interest went back to the target. They ran at Ignar like a massive snake and instead of climbing up the lamppost it rather jumped into the air. Now it was more like a river of blue-white, spiky fire.
At the last moment she actually heard him speak and forced the mid-air lightning off its path to surge backwards, sadly she could not redirect it back at herself and the offensive magic seared the wall of the alley in a pitch-black burn. At least she didn't ignite the oil... No she just overcooked the oil...
The silver-haired girl got to her feet with a light cough, Well its good to see that your still sane. Then she just laughed lightly, almost a bit nervously. Oh how she was greatful there were no humans nearby...

Ignar glanced at the angel, fully aware of the fact that she had just tried to kill him. He bit back the insanity that threatened, refusing to slip into the manic chaos that was hazed with red, though its lure called out to him, gently whispering. You spend so much time fighting your own nature. Isn't this better? Just let me handle it, you can relax and don't have to worry. I'll keep us both alive, and we can still have fun. You don't like humans anyway, right? They're just food. You're hungry all the time anyway, so why do you try and fight? I'll always catch up eventually...
The demon shuddered, trying in vain to ignore his darker self lurking just behind his eyes. He knew that both the fairy and the angel could probably see it there, giving a cautionary gleam to his crimson eyes, which had thankfully stopped glowing.
I don't know how much longer I can keep this up, Ignar warned. I've let myself get hungrier than usual, which means I could go ballistic any minute now. He didn't even know why he cared. Never had he ever bothered to tell outsiders the secret all demons generally kept quiet: that there was no respite from the pain of hunger, that every minute of the day they fought against the creature all others feared.
Far Away From Kalis
So the angels were after Ignar because of me, hm? Asmodeus sat back in a chair in his apartment. Strange to think that they would consider all of my relatives the greatest threat. I wouldn't say I'm the most powerful Sin, not by a long shot. Perhaps I'm just...more influential of late. But that gives no reason as to why my nephew would inherit anything. Heh, I hope he hasn't. It would no doubt come as a shock to him if he realized he could manipulate emotions.

Vill watched the amazing spectacle. While the demon had been focusing on him, the angel had built up all that power. Enough to blacken oil without lighting it. She was more powerful than he had originally thought. Good thing he wasn't her target...
Vill listened intently to what Ignar said. It didn't make that much sense to him. Couldn't he just get food whenever he wanted? "You're hungrier than usual? Why don't you get some food. I would have thought the candy was enough to satisfy you for a little while," he said.

Ignar sighed. Do you honestly not know what we eat?
The fairy must have been younger than Ignar thought. Luckily, the conversation was distracting him from the darker self, so it kept getting pushed farther down into his mind.

Vill was puzzled. "Don't demons eat food?" he asked. He was starting to feel silly. It wasn't his fault that no one had ever told him anything.

Eiryel cleared her throat while putting on one of those innocent 'its-your-fault-not-mine' faces. She could still tell that he was fighting his hunger. Even though he no longer so obviously showed his demonic self, Eiryel could still tell that he was holding it back.
Well, to me its a good thing your hungry. Means the folks on my side have been doing their jobs. Eiryel mused, fiddling with a few strands of her hair. Of course, like he said, that also made them more suseptical to going into a berserk mode. Fortuantely for most angels, it wasn't their jobs to clean up the mess. Unfortunately for this angel is that because she's already interacted she'll have to either knock him out, or run away while thinking up of a really, really, REALLY good excuse of why she ran. That thought made a light-bulb go off.
And that idea was more enhanced by the fairy's odd question. She could only stare at him in disbelief. It was common knowledge for angels to know what demons ate but even so, was it really that unimportant for the elemental immortals? Seeing as how Ignar didn't really answer the question, she took it upon herself. Demons eat souls. Well human souls more specifically but souls none-the-less. Only demons really know what else they eat. She said simply. Then adding, By the way, how old are you exactly demon Ignar? She absolutely prayed that he was much older than so she could run away if things got messy.

Vill's eyes widened. "They eat souls?!?!" he asked in disbelief. Souls had to taste nasty. And that meant he had to kill someone. The poor person or animal that he would kill just for a soul. Demons were awful.

Don't look at me like that, I didn't ask for this, Ignar spat, and looked pointedly at Eiryel. It's because of angels that the descendants of the Fallen are cursed forever. And I'm 300, by the way.
And I'm 7000 years old! an extraordinarily perky voice piped up, and a tall man with hair so pink the color ought to be outlawed dropped down out of nowhere. Probably the roof, but nowhere nonetheless. He dropped out of nowhere, because saying that makes more of a dramatic impact, and so it is agreed that nowhere is the correct term, since his aim was to be dramatic.
I thought we talked about the rambling thing.
Oh hush, let me tell it how I want to.

"You guys are quite old. I'm young even by human standards," Vill pouted. He didn't get to be all old and powerful. Nope, he was yound and witty. "And who are you, old man?" he asked.

The pink-haired man's face fell so rapidly Ignar nearly laughed. Nooooo, mon cherie! I am in the prime of my life, as alwaaays~ He ended with a smirk that was about three steps beyond being described as "sketchy".
And where is that?
Really sketchy. It's a fun place.
Allow me to introduce myself, the man chirped. Behold, Asmodeus Swiftgale (and Asman Tarafel, world-renowned fashion designer), Patron of Lust and member of the Fallen!

Vill listened intently. "So you're lust... I think I heard about lust. Gimme a second," he said. After a moment of thought, he had his answer. "Oh yeah. I met an angel once before today and he was having a laugh about how silly lust is. He said he was looking for any sin except for you and sloth because you guys weren't worth it," he said.
((Social fail XD))

((niiiiiiice))
Asmodeus grinned. Such things didn't dampen his spirit in the slightest. Most demons considered him to be one of the calmest, it is true, but also one of the ones to watch out for. I agree with you on Sloth, he replied, but don't you think, given the fact that I am one of the Seven Deadly Sins, that you should be running?
Asmodeus pushed a small amount of his power at the fairy with his thoughts. You are afraid.
One should never underestimate the power of emotions, Ignar said softly.

Fear started to cloud his judgement. He wasn't even sure why, but he was suddenly afraid of the demon. No, Vill though, This is just one of his powers, I bet. He pushed out a thin forcefield. It hardly lessened the effects, but he could think straight enough.
"I don't have a reason to fear you," he got out, "You don't look very scary. You haven't even made a move against me."

Would you like to test that theory? Asmodeus' eyes gleamed malevolently, his voice soft.
Ignar nearly rolled his eyes. The chances that the other demon was actually mad were about one to a billion. He had never seen his uncle angry in the nearly 200 years since he'd met him in Paris. But that doesn't mean it couldn't happen. He just needed to meet someone as irritating as he was.

Vill laughed. "Not really," he said. Of course, that's not what he meant. He'd love to see what the demon could really do, but didn't think he could handle it. He wasn't quite old enough... by a few thousand years. Still, he did what he did all the same. Vill moved his hand slightly, kind of like a twitch. A gust of wind blew in and ruffled Asmodeus' hair. It also blew some dust onto his suit. That was probably annoying. ((I had a hard time not putting a for the ending))
